You may put in return location directly when you are creating products without return location.
In product creationn API message, you may set returnCenterCode as NO_RETURN_CENTERCODE, to directly input return location.

*Notice for overseas products*
Please make sure you enter the contractor courier code for "overseas products."
If you don't key in the contractor courier code properly, the products will be processed as returnless refund.
Return location for overseas products should be an address in South Korea.

If you didn’t put in Korean return address and contractor courier code, returnless refund will be applied. If the amount for refund by customer’s cancellation is no larger than KRW 100,000, Coupang will refund the product without picking it up and will notify the customer to dispose the product.
*Effective since May 31, 2020
- Returnless refund: If the return amount is over KRW 50,000 of a certain order, Coupang reaches out to the seller to decide if the product should be picked up or not. If the return amount is not larger than KRW 50,000, the product will be refunded without being picked up and the customer will get the disposal guideline.
- If you want auto-pick up, not returnless refund, please make sure to put in the correct Korean return location and contractor courier code.
