Most exchange requests in Coupang are made when it is the seller's fault for having to exchange the product. Therefore, the exchangeAmount parameter will always be '0'.
However, there may be requests made through customer service (CS) in which case the customer is responsible for the exchange. In such cases, the incurred exchange shipping fee will be separately paid to the seller or be sent with the returned product.
The exchange shipping fee will be excluded from Coupang settlement (return shipping fee is included).
