This occurs because Coupang counts individual "actions" and uses a rolling 7-day window for its limitations:
Calculation Logic: The 7-day period is calculated backwards from the time of your last modification attempt (it is not based on a fixed calendar week). Therefore, you will usually regain modification permissions on the following calendar day as the older actions fall out of the 7-day window.
Action Definitions:
Changing Integrators: This involves "Deleting the old link" and "Binding new software," which counts as 2 operations.
IP Modifications: Deleting an IP counts as 1 operation, while "Deleting and adding a new IP" counts as 2 operations.
Solution: If you cannot wait for the limit to reset, the recommended solution is to delete your current API Key and apply for a newly issued key, which will allow you to bypass the current limit.
