- 현재는 조치완료되어 정상이용 가능

I want to suspend shipment. What value do I enter for the "cancelCount" parameter?

The parameter “cancelCount” is the quantity to be suspended from shipment.
Enter the count based on the registration # (receiptId).

Ex) Q. My Customer asked me to suspend the shipment of 2 units of Product A and 3 units of Product B that are part of one order, and I am trying to suspend the shipment. Do I enter '5' or '2' for the "cancelCount" parameter?

A. Because the count is based on the registration # (receiptId), you should enter '5'.
(This value is same as "cancelCountSum" (total quantity cancelled) from the query API that shows the list of return requests).
